Emergency Action Plan ( EAP)

In line with our health and safety, safeguarding and Emergency first aid polices, the club has a Emergency Action Plan ( EAP) .

The EAP outlines the procedures that must be taken in an emergency situation, gives details of the nearest Accident and Emergency hospital, minor injuries unit and location of our on site defibrillator.

The EAP is located in the cafe and a copy is sent out to all hirers and managers and the beginning of each season or when a new hirer/manager joins the club is through the season
